Please telephone the surgery before 10.00 am.
Visits are for patients who are legitimately unable to attend the surgery, it is at the doctor’s discretion as to whether or not a home visit is warranted.
Please help by giving as much information as clearly and calmly about the condition of the patient when asking for a home visit.
Make sure you have given the correct name, address and telephone number of where the patient is.
We are please to be able to offer a young person’s clinic (ages 10-19) on a Tuesday between 5:40pm and 6pm.
All 40-74 year olds with no previous long term conditions are eligible.
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to once again offer minor surgery and joint injections for some conditions.
Any patients who feel they have a condition that may require either of these treatments will need to be assessed by Dr Barnsley.
Some services are not covered by the NHS and we will therefore charge a fee for completion of this work.
The NHS medical care of our patients takes priority during our working day so any private letters or forms can take up to 4 weeks to complete and return to you; we cannot guarantee they will be completed earlier.
Such work attracts a fee based on a rate of £232 per hour; charged per 15mins with a minimum charge 15 minutes.
Non-urgent advice: Please Note
Patients are paying for an opinion, formed from the patient’s available contemporaneous notes.
Payment does not guarantee that this opinion will concur with that of the patient to which the form refers.
